PROCEDURES AND COSTS In each case the following 'Underpinned Property Questionnaire' must be completed and submitted. Each risk is individually assessed and follows a detailed and comprehensive subsidence survey. The normal fee for this service is £135. Upon assessment, we will be able to advise the premium required and the excess applicable for subsidence and landslip. This will be higher than the standard excess applicable for these perils.
