Our
Personal Accident facility can cater for team sports and at
this time of the year as clubs prepare for the forthcoming
season arranging Personal Accident cover couldn't be simpler.
One
unit of cover will give a capital sum of £5000 and a
weekly benefit of £25, subject to a 2 week excess. (The
excess is increased to 4 weeks for players over the age of
45)
The
normal maximum benefit is 4 units of cover. Available to Amateur
Soccer Clubs within the United Kingdom for players aged between
16 and 55
All
registered players are covered whilst playing or taking part
in organised training or travelling to or from away matches.
The
standard premium is £150 per team per unit but a 10%
discount will be allowed for established teams which have
been claim/incident free in the previous 12 months. This premium
is subject to Insurance Premium Tax at 5% and a policy fee
of £5.00
This
package is for amateur football clubs and any professional
involvement is outside the scope of this scheme and should
be referred to us seperately.
There
are often individuals within a team who require higher benefits
and we will be pleased to quote if we are given a note of
the occupation with details of occupational duties.
