Underpinned Properties Buildings Insurance
Arranging insurance on a property that has suffered from subsidence and has subsequently been underpinned can be a daunting task. NOW THERE IS AN ALTERNATIVE Through our services as Independent Intermediary we may be able to offer FULL cover for subsidence and blighted properties. PROCEDURES AND COSTS In each case the following 'Underpinned Property Questionnaire' must be completed and submitted. Each risk is individually assessed and follows a detailed and comprehensive subsidence survey. The normal fee for this service is £135. Upon assessment, we will be able to advise the premium required and the excess applicable for subsidence and landslip. This will be higher than the standard excess applicable for these perils. If the insurance is not offered the fee of £135 will be refunded in full. WHAT
